IT Service Specialist

Study Group are currently recruiting for an IT Services Specialist to work full-time at ANU College. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organised, and IT savvy person with excellent communication skills and 6 months + IT support experience.  This role would see the successful applicant providing a range of IT services to our staff and students, and would involve assisting with the management and support of all IT infrastructure from Desktops to Servers and Local Area Network Infrastructure at our ANU College campus location.

The support role is varied and can be challenging at times and would suit a passionate, customer focused person with the ability to work as part of a team.  A high degree of initiative, with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done is essential in this role.

The successful applicant will require methodical problem solving ability and will need to be proficient in Microsoft applications. Strong customer service, desktop support, Service Desk and troubleshooting skills are important. Suitable for an IT student studying either a Masters or PhD program, we would be able to accommodate staff who need to attend lectures on a part-time basis. Applicant must have permission to work in Australia.
