For all current student enquiries, you can reach the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) Student Services, Employability and Experience team via email at studentadmin.cecs@anu.edu.au

You can drop in to our physical or virtual front counter between 10am-1pm (AEST) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please note the counter is closed on Wednesdays.

  • In-person front counter:
    Monday and Thursday 10am-1pm (AEST)
    CSIT Building #108 – Level 2

Both our physical and virtual front counter consultations are generally 5-10 minutes long. However, we do recognise that there are some circumstances (e.g. complex or sensitive enquiries, complaints, study-plan/degree checking, etc.) that require a longer consultation with an advisor. If you have a complex enquiry you'd like to discuss with one of our advisers, please contact studentadmin.cecs@anu.edu.au and we will work with you to schedule a longer consultation.
