ABSTRACT:
As a newly started PhD student, I'm going to present my first year annual plan in the monitoring talk, including my reading list, courses which I'm taking and going to take, my research direction and what skills I need to cultivate and how to cultivate those skills. Also, I'm reading a paper named "A formalisation of the Turing test" recently and become interested in the role that AIXI could play in formalising the Turing test. I will hopefully talk about whether AIXI, being the golden standard of intelligence, could learn to pass a specific Turing test surely, if so, how long it takes AIXI to learn to pass a given Turing test.
