HypyDesygn: Combining artificial and human intelligence


This project combines software engineering, machine learning, statistics and optimization.

I can be contacted directly my email to discuss the specifics of PhD projects, but it is best be begin by familiarising yourself with the procedures outlined at https://cecs.anu.edu.au/study/phd-mphil.  This will include a statement of support from me, so  before applying (but after you have confirmed your eligibility) we can discuss the project and your skills and experience.

Pay particular attenion to the deadlines, and contact me early (and double check my email to make sure your messages comes to the right Professor).  It is unlikely I will have time to do anything at the last minute.

This project can be modified to be a 24cp Masters Project (COMP8800) or a COMP4540 Honours Project.  Email me for more information.


Proficiency in Python and experience in developing libraries and/or graphical user interfaces.
