I'm an experienced user researcher with expertise in analysis of user behavior, research design and quantitative/qualitative data analysis. I have studied user behavior, using usability testing, diaries, think-alound protocols, eye tracking and interaction design in academic settings, as well as industry collaboration. I have used task analysis, end-to-end user evaluation protocol, experimental design and quantitative data analysis, including (but not limited to) search behavior, visual search, user interface design and search performance.

My research interests lie in the areas of interactive information retrieval and organisation of information, with an emphasis on user-centred information access system design and evaluation.
