“The Schwarzman Scholars program provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build lasting connections with world-class leaders, mentors and fellow scholars.”

“I will gain a deeper understanding of Chinese language, culture and politics and ultimately, I hope to leverage this knowledge in my work as an entrepreneur - continuing Neliti's mission of making the world's scientific knowledge accessible to everyone regardless of language or financial background.”

Dean of the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science, Professor Elanor Huntington congratulated Mr Wrigley on his achievement.

“It is heartening to see that our best and brightest choose to pursue and succeed in a diversity of paths. We celebrate that diversity across both industry, research, humanitarian and entrepreneurial pursuits.”

“The program will see Mr Wrigley stand with a long line of ANU graduates who are globally aware leaders, and on behalf of the College we congratulate him and wish him every success in China and throughout his future.”

The twelve-month scholarship will cover all expenses in China including tuition, accommodation, equipment and travel. The program also places emphasis on networking, internships and immersion within China’s rich culture.
