Recruitment & Selection Training - Academic Staff

CECS HR will be running 'Recruitment & Selection Training' for the College targeted at Academic Hiring Managers and selection committee members.

The workshop will provide participants with an insight into ANU recruitment practices, policy and procedure, as well as offering practical tools to assist with recruitment. Upon completion of the workshop participants will understand the ANU recruitment and selection procedure, know how to attract, select and recruit for a vacant position and understand their role as a Chair or member of a Selection Committee.

This is a required course for any Academic staff who intend to run a recruitment process.
