New International Student Orientation: Welcome to ANU

An essential add-on information session for new international ANU Students commencing their studies at ANU in S1 2022.

We understand that your orientation experience can come with a few challenges or unknowns. This event is for new ANU students with the aim of providing essential information about how to be ANU ready and how to quickly develop a sense of belonging.

*This session is essential in addition to the general New Student Orientation session, and will cover specific information for all international students. Please ensure you also register for the general session.

This session will be delivered in-person but also recorded for students who can not attend on the day. You must have registered for the event to receive a recording.

Bookings essential

This event will be managed in line with the ANU Covid safety plan and are subject to change at short notice. In-person events are ticketed to keep everyone safe. Unless we have reached capacity, tickets will be available at the door but we encourage you to book in advance.

The format is based on a student and expert panel discussing key topics relating to the student experience. It will feature:
