National Safe Work Month

A moment is all it takes’ is the theme of this year’s National Safe Work month. It highlights how a moment of reflection, anticipation and caution can prevent an incident/accident.

To coincide with Safe Work month, CECS is asking students and staff to take a moment to think how everyone can contribute to making the workplace a healthier and safer environment.

During the month of October, the College will donate a weekly prize to the individual who provides the most innovative solution to eliminate or mitigate the risk associated with the hazard they reported on Figtree.

WHAT TO DO?

  1. Identify a  work health and safety hazard*
  2. Report the hazard and your  innovative solution to eliminate/ mitigate the risk on Figtree, the ANU incident and hazard reporting tool;

HOW TO DO IT?
