Women in STEM - Summer Hacker Exchange Program

The Hacker Exchange connects forward-thinking students to the vibrant and innovative culture of Silicon Valley. Over two inspiring weeks, you’ll join a select cohort of students to learn from world-class thought leaders and work hands-on in a Silicon Valley startup environment.

Working from Covo – one of the freshest co-working spaces in the Valley, you’ll have direct access to sought-after mentors in Silicon Valley, and make unforgettable connections with investors, accelerators, founders and professionals from both Australia and the USA.

 

PROGRAM DATES

  • [1 - 14 December 2019] 

  • The cost is $4,950 AUD +GST, including accommodation (excluding flights)

  • You may qualify for an Endeavour Grant (valued at $2,500AUD) and/or OS HELP assistance.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA


* Successfully completed at least 48 Units of study in your ANU program (excluding credit awarded)

* 6 Units of space in yoru academic program to enrol into COMP3710 (Summer 2020). Note: If you are a student from outside CECS, you will need to provide confirmation from your academic college that you have permission to be enrolled into COMP3710.

* Minimum GPA of 4.5/7.0

Please Note: As this is a "Women in STEM" Program, eligible female or non-binary students will be given priority for this program; however, male and male-identifying applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply.
