 Reposit

We’re blending Smart Technology (AI, Machine Learning, and other cool stuff), Virtual Power Plants and Renewable Energy to pioneer a new way for Australians to accelerate the transition to a cleaner, greener energy future all without sacrificing our energy demanding creature comforts.

The Virtual Power Plant industry is one of the fastest growing and most exciting parts of the energy sector. Estimated to be worth more than $5.9 billion globally by 2027, the industry has experienced explosive growth since it began taking shape some 5-10 years ago. Working at Reposit means you get to interact with some of the very best minds the energy sector has to offer, on cutting edge Virtual Power Plant (VPP) technology, which Reposit has been an industry pioneer in developing and delivering for more than 8 years.

At Reposit we, and our people, value the following characteristics and behaviours:

  • No Fuss: We are transparent, respectful, and keep it simple
  • Tenacity: We do what it takes.
  • Approachable: We have fun at work, and laugh more than we frown.
  • Visionary: We see around the corners.
  • Engineering Rigour: We measure twice, and cut once.
  • Passion: We are keen beans and love what we do.

The Operations Division at Reposit Power is responsible for keeping the lights on Reposit’s fleet across the country, and ensuring reliability of Reposit’s Virtual Power Plants in delivering services to the market. The division is made up of 3 branches:

  1.  Procurement, Warehousing, and Manufacturing
  2. Customer and Technical Support
  3. Market Operations

As an intern within the Operations Division, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenges across all areas of operations from assembling, flashing and testing hardware, to undertaking data analysis and problem solving on fleet technical issues.
