The NSW Public Service Commission are looking for talented and passionate Graduates to join their Graduate Program and become our leaders of tomorrow. In their 18-month program, Graduates have the chance to shape their own experience through three rotations, as well as access to unique networking and development opportunities. There are exciting roles on offer in both Sydney metro AND regional NSW! 

What does the Graduate Program offer?

Those selected for the 2021 Graduate Program will gain:  

·       18 months’ experience working across three NSW Government agencies  

·       Meaningful work that contributes to the future of NSW  

·       A supportive environment with a personal mentor and executive sponsor  

·       Exposure to the largest professional network of leaders, analysts, policymakers and educators in Australia 

·       Ongoing role offer on successful completion of the Program  

In 2021, the Program will employ Graduates in two streams: a Primary Stream, and a Legal Stream.  

·       The Primary Stream is open to Graduates from all disciplines (including digital and engineering) and backgrounds who are interested in a career in NSW Government. Graduates will work on a variety of policy and project initiatives and complete a Diploma of Government during the Program. 

To qualify a candidate must be any of the following:  

» an Australian Citizen,  

» a permanent resident of Australia,

» a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport, or

» a holder of a current visa that allows you to work full-time in Australia until at least 31 August 2022
