Casual Position Available- Radiocommunications Engineer ACMA

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is a statutory authority within the Australian government portfolio of Communications and the Arts. We’re Australia's regulator for broadcasting, the internet, radiocommunications and telecommunications. 

 

The ACMA are seeking a motivated undergraduate engineering student to help with undertaking base level engineering research and analysis activities to assist with a variety of projects underway in the Spectrum Planning and Engineering Branch. he hours will fit around study commitments.

 

This position will be offered on a non-ongoing (casual) basis for up to 12 months and will be based in our Canberra office. Most of the work will be undertaken during the summer period with the possibility of continuing on a casual basis into the academic year. The total number of days and hours to be worked, and the opportunity for extension, will depend on what funding is available in the future.
