ANU Careers is seeking motivated, confident, and customer-service oriented persons to share the administrative assistant role.
The successful applicants will liaise directly with students to answer queries, assist with bookings and will provide administrative support to the team, contributing to the efficient delivery of administrative services. The position requires good customer service skills as the role involves engaging with students, employers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to being the first point of contact for ANU Careers, the Administration Assistant performs a range of duties, including answering and/ or redirecting enquiries, approving jobs on the CareerHub system, developing online resources, creating and maintaining various administrative contact and e-mail lists, posting on social media, and assisting with routine web maintenance as required.
As this position is shared, the exact hours and days of work will be determined by the availability of the successful applicants.
