Application procedures

Undergraduate students

A domestic (or national) student is someone who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen. All other students are classified as international students, including New Zealand permanent residents.

You are:

An Australian citizen or permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen studying an Australian Year 12 program in Australia or overseas.
Apply via the Universities Admission Centre (UAC) website.

You are:

An Australian citizen or permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen studying a non-Australian Year 12 program overseas.
Apply via the Universities Admission Centre (UAC) website.

You are:

An international student (includes New Zealand permanent residents) studying an Australian Year 12 program or International Baccalaureate (IB)in Australia or overseas.
Apply via the Universities Admission Centre (UAC) website.

You are:

An international student (includes New Zealand permanent residents) studying (overseas) a non-Australian equivalent Year 12 program.
Apply direct to ANU Online - OR - apply by post by downloading the application form.
