Find us

The College operates mainly from four buildings that are in close proximity to each other on campus, and which form an engineering and computer science hub along North and Daley Roads, ANU.

Our people

CECS comprises around 150 academic staff, 100 general staff, 200 higher degree by research students, and 1,000 undergraduate students.

College Commitments

Reconciliation Action Plan

The College is committed to reconciliation with Indigenous Australians within our research, education and communities. Our commitments are captured in our Reconciliation Action Plan on the Reconciliation Action Plan webpage.

ANU Gender Institute

The college also supports the ANU Gender Institute which provides a focus for existing activity on issues of gender and sexuality and a catalyst to develop and deepen them.

History

The college was formed in 2006, but has a long history under different names at ANU. The Engineering program celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2010.
